Would a mini facelift help correct laxity in the mouth, neck, and jawline? Looking for a permanent solution (photos)

Hi recently I’ve noticed quite a lot of laxity around my mouth, jawline and neck. Would a mini facelift be the procedure to correct all of this? I’m mid 30s and don’t have any other wrinkles/laxity but this really bothers me and it’s especially obvious in direct overhead daylight. Tried non surgical options like threadlift and ultraformer with little effect so would prefer to get surgery and fix permanently (for a number of years at least)
